OneCoach ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our AI coaching service via Telegram and our websites at getone.coach and my.getone.coach (the "Service").

1.1 Information You Provide

  • Account Information: Name, email address, date of birth, and Telegram username when you onboard
  • Coaching Conversations: Messages you exchange with Nash or Reese during coaching sessions
  • Profile Data: Goals, preferences, patterns, and other personal details you share during the coaching process
  • Payment Information: Billing details processed securely through Stripe (we do not store your full credit card number)

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Usage Data: Session frequency, duration, timestamps, and feature usage
  • Device Information: Telegram client version and platform (iOS, Android, desktop)
  • Website Analytics: Page views, referral sources, and browsing behavior on getone.coach (collected via privacy-respecting analytics)

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Deliver coaching: Power conversations with Nash and Reese, including pattern recognition, accountability tracking, and personalized guidance
  • Build your profile: Create and maintain your coaching profile so your coach can provide relevant, context-aware support
  • Process payments: Manage subscriptions, billing, and overage charges
  • Improve the Service: Analyze aggregate usage patterns to improve coaching quality (never using identifiable conversation content)
  • Communicate with you: Send account-related notifications, billing alerts, and service updates

3. What We Do NOT Do

  • We do not sell your personal data to third parties
  • We do not train AI models on your individual coaching sessions
  • We do not share your conversation content with advertisers or data brokers
  • We do not use your data for targeted advertising

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in secure, encrypted databases hosted by Supabase (backed by AWS infrastructure). We implement industry-standard security measures including:

  • Encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest
  • Row-level security policies restricting data access to authorized users
  • Service-role authentication for backend operations
  • Regular security reviews and access audits

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate OneCoach:

  • Telegram: Messaging platform through which the coaching service is delivered. Subject to Telegram's Privacy Policy
  • Stripe: Payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy
  • Supabase: Database and authentication infrastructure
  • Cloudflare: Website hosting, CDN, and security

We only share the minimum data necessary for these services to function. We do not share your coaching conversation content with any third party except as required to deliver the AI coaching service itself.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Specifically:

  • Account data: Retained while your account is active and for 30 days after deletion request
  • Coaching conversations: Retained while your account is active to provide continuity in coaching
  • Payment records: Retained as required by applicable tax and financial regulations

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data — request a copy of the data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate information in your account
  • Delete your account and associated data
  • Export your coaching data in a portable format
  • Withdraw consent for data processing at any time (which may require account closure)

8. Children's Privacy

OneCoach is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected personal data from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

9. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, and opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.

10. International Users

If you are accessing the Service from outside the United States, please be aware that your data may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your data to the United States.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via the Service or by email. The "Effective Date" at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last updated.
