Welcome to OneCoach. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use OneCoach.

1. Overview

OneCoach ("we," "us," "our") provides AI-powered coaching services delivered through the Telegram messaging platform and accessible via getone.coach and my.getone.coach (collectively, the "Service"). The Service includes AI coaching personas known as "Nash" and "Reese."

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account Registration

To use OneCoach, you must provide certain information during onboarding, including your name, email address, and date of birth. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and the security of your Telegram account through which you access the Service.

4. The Service

4.1 What OneCoach Is

OneCoach is an AI-powered personal coaching tool designed for accountability, goal-setting, habit formation, and personal growth. Nash and Reese are AI coaching personas — not humans, licensed professionals, or therapists.

4.2 What OneCoach Is Not

OneCoach is not therapy, counseling, psychiatric care, medical advice, or a substitute for any professional mental health or medical service. The Service is not designed to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any mental health condition, illness, or disease.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

5.1 Free Trial

New users receive a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial via Telegram.

5.2 Paid Plans

After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription. Plans vary by coaching hours per month. Current pricing is available at getone.coach/#pricing.

5.3 Overage Charges

If you exceed your plan's included coaching hours, additional time is billed at the overage rate specified in your plan. Your coach will notify you when you are approaching your limit.

5.4 Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. All amounts are in U.S. dollars.

5.5 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the account portal at my.getone.coach. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active through the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI models
  • Use the Service to generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Share your account access with others
  • Use the Service if you are under 18 years of age

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and AI models — are owned by OneCoach and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you share during coaching sessions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OneCoach and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

OneCoach's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to OneCoach in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

AI-generated coaching responses may not always be accurate, appropriate, or applicable to your situation. You are solely responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on interactions with the Service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OneCoach and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 7 through 10 shall survive termination.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
